I understand that once I reach the "zone", my Charge 5 displays RED chevrons. I have searched everywhere and cannot find an answer to what the WHITE chevrons mean....they don't seem to be "peak" minutes or "cardio" minutes....any answers? Thanks for any input.

Not wearing Charge 5 so not sure, but if not peak or cardio, why not "fat burn"?

I don't think that's correct....the red denotes fat burn....yet the white, which almost always appears AFTER the red, does not seem to denote cardio or peak...but thanks for your response.

Could the color relate to the number of AZM relative to your AZM goal?
