I am using a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 with up-to-date Android 10 and a Versa Lite. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the fitbit app and made sure it was the latest version.
The problem is, every time I open the app to the page to change the clock face, it gives me a message saying that install failed, please try again later. It acts like it has a failed download or something and will not let me download or change clock faces.

I want to update this problem. I have the "Photograph" clock face on. It is the only saved clockface, and it is displaying on the watch. It is behaving as if it has not completed the download, even though it has been on there for 2 days. The app will not allow me to change the face because it says to wait until the other download is complete. It will also not allow me to uninstall the problem face, the remove option does not show up.
