Hello,

I just got the Fitbit Charge 3 and after reading a lot on the Internet and the incompatibility with the Huawei P20 Pro I am hesitant to return it without even opening it.

I would like to know if there are several users with these models, Fitbit Charge 3 and Huawei P20 Pro and the problems that I have been able to give them, especially compatibility and synchronization because it is what interests me the most.

I'd like to mention that the P20 Pro is now a supported device. You can read the list by clicking here. As such, it should sync correctly without any hiccups or issues.

Good Morning,

It seems that it synchronizes only that the notifications do not work even when the phone is nearby.

I have notifications of call mail and WhatsApp activated but I do not get any. I also have the bluetooth always activated, is it necessary?
