Is the Motorola G6 compatible with the alta hr?

Hi @Lisamarie0103. The supported device list shows a Motorola G (2014) but I’m not sure if that includes your model. I’ve notified a moderator. Maybe he or she will have a better idea.

Hey there @Lisamarie0103 thanks for taking the time to visit us and make your questions. Thank you @SunsetRunner, for pointing this out. 

 

I confirm this phones are not a 100% compatible devices. The developer team is aware of the need to add new devices to the list of compatible devices. There are some users who can synchronize with non-compatible devices. So I recommend you to check if your phone meets the requirements listed on this helpful article about syncing.

 
Note that we can't guarantee that the synchronization will be successful as we are still testing on this phone models.
