I've tried a FitBit Flex and Charge HR recently with sync issues connecting to my phone and my husband's. I'm just looking to see if anyone knows of FitBit models that DO work with a Moto Z Play or a LG K20V. Thank you in advance!

Thanks for sharing those details on the matter. 

 

In regards to the phones not syncing, it could be happening because neither of those phones are part of the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone. This is not related to the Fitbits themselves. 

 

As long as the phone fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work and sync with the Fitbit but we cannot guarantee it. Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following these steps helps with the syncing.

 

If the above doesn't work, you could try to use a computer or another mobile device to try and sync your Fitbit to your account. Click here to get instructions on how to sync with other devices.
