Compatibility of Samsug J3

Please become compatible with the samsug j3. It synced once then all of a sudden nothing. Very frustrated especially as i am obsessed with checking stats etc.

Since the Android platform is more diverse and change based on the phone manufacturer, takes more time to test a device and guarantee it will support all the features of the mobile app and Fitbit tracker. Nonetheless we've been eager to get support out as quickly as possible for all the different Android devices.

To see the latest list of supported devices, please go to http://www.fitbit.com/devices. If your device isn't listed, you can check the link at a later date to see if device support has been added. 

Keep in mind you can also sync and review your stat with your online-Dashboard. When having Windows 10 it's possible to download the Fitbit App for Windows 10 from the Microsoft store which is capable to use Bluetooth of the computer (when the computer has native Bluetooth) or the Fitbit dongle. If you have other version of Windows or Mac computer you can also install Fitbit Connect to sync your tracker. To find more please visit: https://www.fitbit.com/setup
