Compatibility of Xiaomi Poco F1

There is a Syncing problem with Xiaomi Poco f1 and not getting notifications also. Let me know whether poco f1 is compatibility with fitbit versa 2 or not.

Thanks for your post. Let me share with you that the Xiaomi Poco F1 is not listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you can experience connection difficulties with it. Even though your mobile device is not compatible, please give it a try to our help articles: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone. If you continue experiencing the same, I recommend you to try with a compatible device instead and let me know if you continue experiencing difficulties with the syncing process and receiving notifications.

Hi! I just got a Xiaomi Poco F2 Pro e is not setting up/syncing either.

Any trouble shooting here? =(

If not, do you know about any estimation to get fixed?

I'm sorry to know that you're experiencing connection difficulties with your new phone. If you're having difficulties with the setup process, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on our help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issue persists. If so, you can try to setup your Fitbit with a compatible device and then try to sync it with the Xiaomi phone.

I did the option to set up on my old phone and then sync with my Xiaomi and it worked!! 😍
