Where is Fitbit with Samsung Galaxy S7 compatibility? This long of a delay nowadays is unheard of and a bit ridiculous.

I've had a Charge HR and now the Charge 2 working just fine in my s7 since April.

@Bdport1 I have not personally ever tried that phone with the Fitbit app, but can confirm that it isn't listed as a supported device. As @Scubasin can attest, this does not mean it is not compatible, it just means that we have not tested it for compatibility and added it to our list yet. If your phone supports BLE (AKA Bluetooth 4.0) you can give using the app for setup a try! We are always working to test and add more Android devices to the supported devices list daily, so keep an eye open for updates!

I confirmed that I have the latest and greatest version of the Fitbit app and I can't get my Surge to update. I know it's not on the supported list, I'm merely hoping that they can establish compatability with the S7 Edge soon. Can't believe it's taken this long is all. Thanks for the reply!

I agree that this has taken way too long to test the Galaxy S7. The phone has been out quite a while now and I have several coworkers with the same syncing issues.

Hey, @Bdport1@Darnjimmy! It is nice to see you around. We don't have a specific date for the Galaxy S7 to listed on the compatible devices list. We want you to know that we are aware of this. In the mean time you can sync using a computer or another mobile device.

I hope you have a nice day!
