I can not believe that now 3 phones in, I still can't get compatibility with my Fitbit Alta. The Samsung S9, The Samsung A5 and the Huawei P10 all not letting me connect. Its a new Fitbit so how can I use it without it connecting to these. I need to register the thing and the only laptop I have is a work one, so it blocks things like that! Are FitBit really that out of date?!!! At my wits end, HELP!
