Hi there - since last week the "Connected GPS is running" message keeps appearing on my Android phone and I can't seem to get if off without disconnecting.  Is there a way to keep that from appearing on my phone?

It is app version 3.21

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To further investigate, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Which Fitbit device are you wearing and do you use the connected-GPS feature when tracking an exercise? In the meantime I receive your answers, please troubleshoot the Fitbit app following the next steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

I have a Galaxy S10 -
Had an update on my phone and it seems to have stopped with the message...
