Connecting Aria 2

I have a new Samsung galaxy s9.  When trying to connect the aria 2 scale in the fitbit app it asks me if I want to replace me ionic fitbit. No other options available to me. I don't want to replace just add. Both of these devices connected fine on my old iPhone. Any ideas?

I got the same problem. Really annoying. (have Ionic: adidas edition) If you add the Aria 2 first and then the watch, it works. But then the watch go crazy and send me notifications all the time. It so much that I need to take the watch off. I've tried to reset both products, deleted the app, tried on another phone. Nothing works.

I ended up removing both devices then added the aria 2 first and ionic
second. My notification settings had to be reprogrammed also but all is
good now
