Can I connect two Fitbit devices to my Samsung Galaxy S9?  I have Versa 2 and Inspire and want to be able to alternate wearing the devices without losing progress.  When I tried to set up second device, it completely removed my first device and only shows one device in the list.

Hi @Bellea97, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you p[lease let me know when was the first time you experienced this inconvenience and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device.

Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

Keep me posted.

Thanks for the reply. I have experienced the problem 100% of the time
since the purchase of my watches a few weeks ago. Each time I switch
watches I have to setup as new device, they both will not display in my
device list just allowing me to toggle between the two, as I explained in
original message. I am using a Samsung Galaxy S9 and own Versa 2 and
Inspire devices. No further information to provide. Please advise why I
can't see both watches in the device list of the app. The links you
provided are for setting up an Aria device from what I can tell and I do
not own that device. Regardless, I have properly set up the device each
time I use one. Awaiting assistance for resolution.

I have a Versa2 and a Sense and would like to be able to switch back and forth between the two. It looks like it's not possible to add both to the same account simultaneously. I don't understand why. I was able to do this years ago when I had a Flex and Charge2.

I did read the article. I was merely asking why it isn't possible to connect both my Versa and Sense.
