Hi.
I have an oppo r17pro (compatible phone to my Fitbit versa)
In fact I purchased it because my previous oppo was not compatible.
Was initially receiving notifications perfectly. Then some time in the last 2 weeks this has stopped occurring regularly and stopped altogether.
Around the same time I was unable to open the notifications setting in my account on the phone.
I have now unpaired the versa from my account and cannot re set it up.
Seems to be an issue between my phone and the Fitbit?

Hello @Mum66.
Thanks for sharing all of those details on what is going on with your Versa and your R17 Pro.
In this case, I believe that it could be happening because the connection between the phone and your Versa has been corrupted. To fix this, let's restart the connection from scratch. Please follow these steps:
- Go into the Phone's Bluetooth settings.
- There look for your Versa on the list of paired devices.
- Remove the Fitbit from that list.
- Restart your phone.
- Finally, set up your Fitbit as if it was a replacement device.
That will get everything working correctly and your Versa syncing as it did.
Please keep me posted on how it goes or if there are any other questions on the matter.

Thank you for your advice
Have tried this previously and it has not helped.
In fact I had terrible trouble adding my versa as anew device once I had removed it
I had to add it to my account through old phone as it would not do it on my new oppo r17 pro.
