Wi-Fi so not stay connected, as soon as I go to a different page,so I can't connect my wearable. HELP

When was the first time you experienced this connection issue with your WiFi and how many times since then? I am currently having the same issues my versa lite will not sync or connect to WiFi I have uninstalled reinstalled unpaired and repaired and nothing so I am a premium member and can't even use the app
