I keep having an issue where my Versa 2's connection to android is lost. Why does this keep happening? My settings also keep changing as in notifications I've selected keep unselecting. Is anyone else having this problem?

To better assist you with the connection difficulties you're experiencing with your device, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced such difficulties and how many times since then?
For syncing, if you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
Same for notifications. please check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa 2 are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

I am having the same problem. It is becoming a bit frustrating. If i turn the watch off and back on then it will connect and sync but then after that it appears to lose connection again. I am on a Samsung S9 Plus. Very frustrating.

I've been having the same problem for months now on my Pixel 2XL. Resetting the Fitbit usually fixes it for a short while. The problem always comes back. I've got zero steps for the last 2.5 days for example because it won't sync. After a reset it should resolved this bit I shouldn't have to reset every day to stay up to date. I've forwarded this to Fitbit support and have yet to receive a response.
