I am beyond frustrated - I had been using a Versa for years & was continuing to have sync issues - figured it was just wore out so connected a new luxe - seemed to be syncing fine for about 18 hours now isn't syncing at all this

And yes I have done the nonsense trouble shooting steps that rarely solve the issue
