I recently had a charge 3 that I returned. I now have Versa but can't add to my account already set up under other device. Can I charge versa first or does sync need to happen between fit it and versa?

Hi @Marycate.  Welcome to the Fitbit forums.

Did you go through "Set up a Device" in the Android app?  If so, it should ask which device.  Select Versa and, if your Charge 3 wasn't removed, it will say something like 'you already have a Charge 3 attached.  Do you want to replace that?'  Answer 'Yes' and you should be able to continue with normal set-up.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
