1.
I have made quite the list in "custom food". but a few items can not be deleted. Yes I know how to delete...
The problem is that this items only shows up in the app, not in the web login.
So there must be a bug in the sync.
The problem items can be opened normaly and one can press "LOG THIS", but nothing shows in the food log. It is as it it really not there, just the name.
I have a few of them now and its annoying when there is error like this.
2.
There is also a problem with the food logging. Very often when food is logged the KCAL will not increase. Only way so far to correct it is to deleted the logged food and log again. Also very annoying problem.

Hello @LaAnTu, good to see you here. I've seen similar scenarios a few times about the custom food and some items cannot be deleted. My recommendation is to review if you have the most recent version of the app; which for Android is 4.42.
If the app is updated, please log out from your Fitbit account and restart your phone. wait until the mobile device turn On again and go to your phone settings > Look for App manager or Apps. (this option may vary depending of your phone's brand). > Here look from the list the Fitbit app > Tap on it and in the next screen you will have the option to clear the cache of the app.
Once you have clear the cache, open the Fitbit app and give it another try. This should address both of the issues you are having for Custom Food and food logging.
Hope this helps. Keep me posted how it goes.

Thank you 🙂
I have acctually used the same metod on other apps, but didnt even think about it now. Just though it was some bad programming glitches (well it is 😛 )
Problem solved for me 🙂
Frustrating when you log food in a hurry and later on during the next logging you bearly have had any calories.... Then u try to think back.. what did I eat.. **ahem**.. hehe 🙂
Thanks again, hope they fix this problem, should easily be fixed during a sync. And the sync can remove items that does not concure with data stores in the server.

I downloaded the latest update. Since then when I create a custom food it will not store the calories. It keeps showing as 0. All of the other nutritional information is there, but no calories.
