Daily BPM page is not clickable

I'm new with Fitbit, I got an Inspire HR and using Android 10.

I have noticed daily bpm result on the app is not clickable before I click monthly result first.

Does anyone have this issue? It's quiet inconvenient.

I'm not sure what you mean.  There is a hear rate tile on the main 'Today' page.  I tap the heart rate tile and see a chart of resting heart rates at the top; below that are daily heart rate graphs that I can to to see more info about heart rate on that day.

Do you not get that?

I've circled the part where the server doesn't seem to respond after I clicked, unless I click the monthly result first.

1.  What "monthly" are you clicking?

2. That graph you circled often doesn't totally fill in for me either.  But I can't see enough detail there to care anyway.  When I want to see that daily graph in detail, I look at the fitbit.com dashboard on a computer with screen bigger than phone.  To see that, in web browser click 'Dashboard' near top right of this page.

But maybe I'm still not understanding you.

Basically, I'm trying to get to this page  below, and it doesn't always work as soon as I open up the app.

For monthly result page is the screencap below; I usually have to go into this first first to get the daily result page to work.

Hi @Alexccc, I find I generally have to click on the heart rate, then back out of it, then select again to see the updated graph. Mine has been like that for so long I don't really think about it now.

@JohnnyRow, can you show me a shot where it shows dashboard that you mentioned as I can't seem to find it on my phone. It's probably me not seeing the wood for the trees but I can't see it on this screen.

@Alexccc  That screen has always opened up for me, even when graph on previous screen was not complete, though I don't often look at it.

@Lilbiddy  You have to in a web browser (not fitbit app) logged into fitbit.com.  If I log right into fitbit.com, it opens right into dashboard.  When in these forums in browser,  then 'Dashboard is near top right, between 'Help' and 'Store', just above profile pic.  It might not actually show any more detail, but to it seems much easier to see detail on screen wider than phone.

Cheers @JohnnyRow, I am only looking at this on my phone. So I am not seeing what you are, hence my confusion. I was just wondering if there was a shortcut I'd missed.

I don't use the online dashboard much as I only have my phone and it isn't a phone friendly display. But thanks for the explanation.
