My fitbit app ive been following and using for about 3-4 weeks now consistently and ive noticed that the daily expenditure changes on me. Towards the end of the day after i have logged everything i always check where i am for meeting my calorie goals. Most of the time i have 200 to 300 calories left in my budget that i dont use. When i check it the next day it says i was over 1,000plus calories. This has showed up after each day when i check the previous day. Also my goal has and still is on the hardest setting to lose 2lbs a week. However each week i have gained weight instead of losing amd my measurments also dont show and reduction anywhere . So i am left frustrated and confused with this app and why im getting two different things and now questioning if im over eating and it says im not? Maybe the calories are being over estimated for my workouts? Something seems off and ive been struggling to have any good luck using fitbit. Should i only focus on my regular daily and not follow the calories that show up when logging food?
