Daily heart rate graphs show "no measurements"

Graphs last updated properly 4 days ago. Now I have just the last 2 days, but with no graph attached.

Let me help you with your heart rate data not showing. Is your tracker syncing with your app? Could you share some screenshots of what you are seeing on the app? Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

Hello, sorry, I've just seen where replies appear! I've tried logging out and restarting my phone, but didn't help.

The charge 3 us logging some but not most exercise or heart rate.

For example, I went to gym for 2hrs today and it has only logged the 11 minute walk home. I went to the gym the 9reviiyse two days as well, and again, it only recorded one of the walks and none of the gym. (Shown in screen shot)

My versa 2 does the same thing, i havent seen a good reply yet on the forum for it so I've just been poking around and seem to have fixed it (at least temporarily)

On my Android I'm able to go into the fitbit app settings and delete the cache, this seems to automatically fix the issue of past heart rate data showing up in the daily overview.
