My Charge 3 is syncing with the fitbit app but the dashboard is not showing the information correctly. The dashboard is greyed out, only showing my steps when you click on the icon to see weekly steps. When I click on the stairs icon it says "no measurements" even though my fitbit is recording this.
My phone is an Honor 10 Lite running on Android 10. I am running the latest version of Fitbit app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have cleared the cache. Any other suggestions?

I managed to solve the problem myself in the end.
I unpaired my Charge 3, cleared the cache on the app and then repaired it. After that, it is finally working!

Thanks for this. I had uninstalled and installed the app multiple times and unpaired the charger 4 but cudnt get this to work.
Had a chat with customer care but they cudnt resolve it.
The steps you mentioned did the trick...Thanks a lot.
I think Fitbit customer care should search community posts to provide support 🙂
