Dashboard not updating hourly activity on my Charge 5

This is happening a few times now, I did uninstalled the app, restarted my phone, and the app still will not update. I have it set from 10am to 10pm, which is 12 hours, but the app show 5 hours completed while my tracker shows 10 of 12 completed. How can this be fixed

Are you on iOS or Android?  I have reason to believe that this is more or less an app issue, and I want to get you the most accurate information by moving your post to the correct board.

Not a problem, it was partly my fault anyway.  When I moved the topic, I didn't realize that I had only moved the post and not the entire topic.

Definitely is an app issue, which is why I uninstalled it and re-installed it, to no avail. Of course today sefbs find, thus has happened twice in the last few wefks
