Dashboard on Android doesn't display stats

My dashboard isn't displaying stats. For example, this morning I logged water intake and it displayed on my dashboard. After syncing this evening, the water intake button disappeared and all my other tiles, e.g. # exercise days, sleep, food log, etc don't display information. When I select the tile, it does display information -- it just doesn't show the stats on the dashboard.

Hello there @Sakaverm, awesome to have you here as a new member of the Fitbit Community! I was reading some of your tiles went missing.

One of the explanation I found for this issue, either your tracker is not longer paired to your account or the app is running on an outdated version.

To cover my first assumption, just review your app and if you are able to see you tracker located in the right upper corner, this mean your tracker still is paired.

The other would be to review which version of app are you running in your mobile device.

To see which version of the Fitbit app is installed on your device:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account iconUser-added image
  2. Tap or click Help. You'll see the app version at the top of the screen.

Keep in mind the most recent version for Android devices is 2.69. Make sure this version is the one you are using, if not just go to your Google Play Store and review if this new version is available for you to install.

The other cause that came to me, is that your tiles are hidden. So for more detail please review this article: About the Fitbit app.

See you around and hope this helps.
