Data Vanishes

I lost the data of last 2 days from the app. It synchs and then vanishes from the app as well as noy showing when I logged into the web. Today's activity is showing in the app but when I logged in to the web, it doesn't show. Anyone has the same problems?

Hey, hey, hey, @Mysticboyzone! Thanks for joining us! Man Happy Just a question, are you using the Asus phone? I think the issue is because this is not a compatible device. So that is why the App is not always working as it should. I recommend you to keep an eye on the updates of the list, hopefully this will be compatible soon and in the mean time just sync with your computer.

Yes I use Asus. Is your Android App, device dependent? Why this issue now? I have been using this since past one month.

Hey there, @Mysticboyzone! Thanks for the updates! Yes it depends on the device, the ones that have been tested are on that list above. So the problem with yours is that it hasn't been tested, since it was working ok before, I recommend you to try by Uninstalling and Reinstalling the Fitbit App.
