Hey, hey, hey, @Mysticboyzone! Thanks for joining us! Just a question, are you using the Asus phone? I think the issue is because this is not a compatible device. So that is why the App is not always working as it should. I recommend you to keep an eye on the updates of the list, hopefully this will be compatible soon and in the mean time just sync with your computer.

Hey there, @Mysticboyzone! Thanks for the updates! Yes it depends on the device, the ones that have been tested are on that list above. So the problem with yours is that it hasn't been tested, since it was working ok before, I recommend you to try by Uninstalling and Reinstalling the Fitbit App.
