Data not syncing on Fitbit app

Nothing is being recorded on my phone. What should I do

Hello @PamTheBaker, may I ask what things is the nothing that doesnt display?

Does fitbit.com also show this nothing. 

 

As for what Fitbit can use your phone to record,  the Mobile tracking, and maybe steps. Everything from the tracker gets recorded on the tracker and synced to the server.

I can see my steps, ect on my Firbit2. But on my phone nothing is being entered in. Not my steps,  or how many hours that I slept. There is just 0 in every category. I have sync my phone with my fitbit. I don't know what else to do.

How long ago does the app say you last synced?

Does the data show on the Web?

I often see a lag in data recording on my android phone app, however, I do see the data on the web. Shortly afterward I see it on the phone.

This is just a diagnostic suggestion. More info about your Fitbit and phone model may help.
