Afrer I purchase firbit Charge 2 app, it was working fine for last one month and it is suddenly disable from my phone, Now I tried lot but I can't configure it successfully. Please help me to resolve this issue.
I have the same issue and my first tracker stopped tracking sleep and steps data on 01/14/2017. I tried restarting per the instructions. I deleted my iOS app from phone and downloaded again. Everything was tracking normally and synching to my iphone app until 01/14/2017. Now, nothing is being tracked to the app and syched to my phone. I have done all of the things suggested. Restarting, deleting app again, turning off iphone, redownloading app, etc. etc. Nothing is working to synch with my phone. What now?

Hello @SachinPatil, Its nice to see you here in our Fitbit Community. It will depend of the Android device you have since despite many Android devices have a Bluetooth 4.0 chip or better version not all devices are able to be accessed by apps like the Fitbit App.
so make sure the Fitbit app is compatible with your mobile device by checking http://www.fitbit.com/devices.
It wont hurt to try the following recommendations from this post: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this). Although you will find similar suggestion to what you have tried already I suggest to give it another try to see if this helps to sync.
