Device has synced to phone but that's all. Can't get it to turn on or.do display the watch function or other features. Any ideas???

HI there @Carrottop50, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! I'm wondering which tracker are you using? When you mentioned the display doesn't turn On, you are referring the tracker doesn't respond even if you are pressing the buttons on tapping on top of the display? Can you see your stats in your tracker's display?
Have you tried to reset your tracker if this is unresponsive? In case you haven't please try this help article:How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If you just need information in how does it work your tracker you can find the product manual in our help section http://help.fitbit.com/. Just select your tracker and you will see the product manual to see or download in PDF.
