Without changing anything I woke up one day to a "device lock" message on my watch when I tried to swipe down for info. Watch all five me time and stats but I can't access anything else. At idea?

When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, please restart your device and also, for a better understanding of this issue, please send me a picture of the "Device Lock" message on your Fitbit.
