If I do a quick reply using my Samsung S9+ phone the versa watch shows a different contact name.It’s only started happening 24 hours ago.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if you experience this situation with the incoming call notifications or with the text messages you receive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa are correctly configured.
