I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing some troubles updating your device. 

Please always keep in mind that it's important to confirm if your Fitbit app is up-to-date. How do I update the Fitbit app?
(Fitbit app requires iOS 16.4 or higher, or Android 11 or higher). 

I'll be glad to suggest you some readings in order to help you.
