My Ionic will no longer connect to my S10. I have done all the trouble shooting steps, it finds the Ionic it sends the code and then never connects. What now!

Hello @pander414, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting too. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.

No, l reset my phone, the watch. I even tried my iPhone and it will not connect to the app. It finds the watch and sends the code, but won't connect to finish.

Now I have a bigger problem. I decided to try and do a complete factory reset. Things were going well until the 62% mark, then the watch face went black and my phone disconnected from the watch. Now it looks like it is bricked! Now What??
