My Versa Lite watch is not connecting via Bluetooth to my Huawei Mate 20 Pro.
It has shown up on my phone when I scanned for devices, and already seems paired, but I when I try to use some apps, it's still asking me to pair my watch to my phone, and connect via Bluetooth.
Is this because it's not completely compatible with my phone?

Hi @JWooding, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this inconvenience and how many times since then? Also, is your mobile device connected to other Bluetooth devices that may cause some interference with your Versa Lite? With which apps you experience this situation? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your device following the next steps:

Hi @RicardoFitbit,
I have tried restarting my device, and turning it off and on again as suggested and I'm still having the same problem.
My phone is still saying that it is paired to my watch, but it's not connecting.
I'm not connected to any other devices with my phone.
I first noticed this problem about a day after I got the watch (it was a Christmas present). I noticed it with the Uber app and the music player mainly, but I have tried and removed other apps too.
As a side note, I have tried to install Spotify on my watch through the Fitbit app through my phone, and it is not allowing me to install it.
