I got the versa lite for christmas and it's already not working. The touchscreen doesn't work, it won't sync, and it keep restarting. Please help!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. For the touchscreen and reset loop issues, I suggest you to manually restart your Versa Lite following the steps that are specified on our help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
For the syncing difficulties, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this concern and how many times since then? I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
