My profile is not hi-lighted and my calorie intake is not posting. I have luxe and am on an android a10

Please excuse the delayed response. I imagine the profile picture does not look as bright as the original. Have you tried changing the profile picture again? I just changed mine and it was not dim. Did you check the profile picture on the Fitbti.com website too? Is it dim there too? Regarding the calorie intake, after you enter it, intake remains at 0? I would make sure that the Fitbit app is up to date.

In this case I recommend you check this help article out: What are tips to extend my Fitbit device's battery life?. Here you find tips to extend the battery life. I can see now that you still have the default avatar for the profile picture. Is that the one you say is dim? Have you tied uploading another picture already?
