@Frusr Welcome to the forums.

Please excuse the delayed response. I imagine the profile picture does not look as bright as the original. Have you tried changing the profile picture again? I just changed mine and it was not dim. Did you check the profile picture on the Fitbti.com website too? Is it dim there too? Regarding the calorie intake, after you enter it, intake remains at 0? I would make sure that the Fitbit app is up to date.

Since it is now configuring all kinds of things like calories remaining, etc, instead of having to recharge every 5 0r 6 days, I am having to do so every other day. Can I change that ?

@Frusr Thanks for the swift reply and the update to your current situation.

In this case I recommend you check this help article out: . Here you find tips to extend the battery life. I can see now that you still have the default avatar for the profile picture. Is that the one you say is dim? Have you tied uploading another picture already?

Thanks for responding. I took the battery charging advice and uploaded a picture. Will see what happens. It seems to be constantly syncing at times. Will see what happens going forward. I see that there seems to be a chip problem with my model that is being addressed.
