Every so often my Inspire HR will give me a blank screen and I can do nothing to fix it. It happens at the most random times and even when the battery is full! Any suggestions on how to fix this?

As well as now my screen is not working and I cannot get into the settings to restart it.

I'm also receiving delayed messages about 20 minutes later. And my Fitbit goes crazy when all the notifications come through. Ive reset my phone (Google pixel 3) and the app multiple times and nothing is fixing the issue.

Any suggestions?

Anything would help! Thanks!

Hi @elizzabeth98, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding your post.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. In regards the blank screen issue you're experiencing with your Inspire HR, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? When this happens, the heart rate sensors still blink or the device becomes completely unresponsive? To restart your device, please check: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

In regards the notifications issue, please check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issue persists after trying the troubleshooting steps that are specified there.

Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.

Hi Ricardo, sorry for getting back to you so late on this topic. The first time if happened was about two months into me receiving my Inspire HR. And it has happened maybe 15 times in the last 1 1/2 years.

I'm currently dealing with the black screen again. As notifications will go through and buzz, nothing will show up. The heart rate sensors still blink when this occurs.

Again as for the notifications, my phone has to be right beside me for me to receive a notification on my Fitbit. If my phone is in the next room, I will not get anything at all until my phone is more or less in my hands. I find this upsetting, whereas in the beginning this was not an issue.

I've don't the troubleshooting and nothing seems to fix this.

Thanks again for the help!
