Hi,

wonder if anyone can help here.  I have no idea what has happened with my latest run.  I am training at the minute to try and get my 5K time under 20 mins and today I felt I had beat my PB to date which would have been another step closer to my target but I just don't understand the data FitBit is telling me here.  My Ionic told me I hit the 5K mark.  I ran a little further, ended the run and checked the summary stats on my watch and all seemed fine.  I then looked on the app and seen this?????  So did I run 5.09KM or did I run 4.96KM.  Why would I stop my run at 4.96KM?!?!?  So bizarre.  I have my FitBit runs syncing to my Strava account which is also telling me I ran 4.96KM but that my average pace on Strava was 4'11" whilst on FitBit it is stating 4'19".  Pretty big difference.

Let me share with you that we are aware of this issue that's affecting the distance recorded with your device and the one that's shown on the app. We are currently working to resolve this situation as soon as we can, therefore, please keep the Fitbit app up to date.
