Is there any way to fix the accuracy of your Fitbit GPS on a run? I tracked my run on my Versa 2 with GPS it was 7.8km but on the MapMyRun app with GPS it was 7.1km. I tracked it on separate apps both with GPS as my partner also had issues with his Versa 2 on a run. He ran 11km but the versa 2 only tracked 8km.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared with us. To better assist you with this and because your Versa 2 uses your mobile device's GPS chip to route your exercise with the connected-GPS feature, can you please specify which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then?
