Does not sync to LG K 20 phone

Fitbit Flex 2 does not sync to my LG K20 V phone.  Agent I chatted with said "engineers are working to make more phones compatible."  Does not help me now.  Wish I had known Flex 2 is not compatible with all phones before I purchased it.

They told me it was too new even though it's over a year old but that "wireless syncing has been a much requested feature from Android users." How else would we sync? So the only way I can sync now is through a kindle since they don't support my pc os either.

OMG!!!!  I had no idea I could use my Kindle!  Thank you so very much for your post!  I was extremely disappointed to find out my newly purchased Flex 2 was not compatible with my new Android phone.  Your post has made my day!

Yay! Glad I could help! Also, mine randomly synced later with the K 20 so maybe it will eventually start working consistently.
