Hello @blue33, nice to have you here in the Fitbit Community, welcome aboard! Is your heart rate being display on your Fitbit Ionic? In the Fitbit app are you seeing a message saying "No Measurements"?
If the issue is only in the Fitbit app, make sure your tracker is connected in real time, otherwise the tile will display your resting heart rate only. If you access to the heart rate tile you'll see your heart rate history previously synced by your tracker.
