Are there any devices that are on the compatibility list with Droid Maxx?

I bought the Versa 2 but it won't work on my phone and now I can't find anything that is on the list. My Charge 2 worked until the device stopped working.

Hello @Hipeee, welcome to the Community Forums!

Let me share with you that we are constantly working and testing different mobile devices to make sure that they work as intended with our products and services. As it turns out, at this moment I'm unable to let you know when or if the Motorola Droid Maxx will be added to our list of compatible devices, however, my best advise for you will be to constantly check our list of compatible devices for any update.

To better assist you with your concern, can you please give me more details about the difficulties you're currently experiencing with your Versa 2 and your mobile device?

Looking forward to your reply. Let me know if you have any additional questions.

There are several issues.
1. The app would not recognize my Versa 2 for a long time. After more
than several dozen attempts, at home, I tried at a friend's house who has a
newer phone.
I attempted to connect with an iPhone 7 but it would not recognize that a
Versa 2 was anywhere nearby. I finally tried on an even newer iPhone and
it was successful but I stopped the complete "installation" of the Versa 2
with that phone before it was done. It worked, though.
2. After linking up the device with that iPhone, MY phone recognized a
Versa 2 and the app said there was a Versa 2 on it. It would not, however,
change the face of the device to anything but the "please download FitBit
app to get started" message.
3. Now, there is no Versa 2 connected to the account on my app.
4. While trying to pair the device to my bluetooth, the message I kept
receiving on my phone was "Unable to pair Versa 2 because of incorrect PIN
or passkey." I tried quite a few times, restarting the phone, pressing the
button on the device so it would reboot, uninstalling and reinstalling the
FitBit app at least half a dozen times.
5. At one point, the watch did show a four-digit number but there was
nothing to do with that number and it still will not pair to my phone.

So these are all the things I have done to try getting this to work and I'm
kind of at the end of the line on ideas.
If you can help, I would greatly appreciate it. Otherwise, I'm just
probably done with Fitbit. Doesn't seem right that there would be these
great products that don't work with phones that are a bit older.....only
those with the latest and greatest phone can have a nice watch?
I didn't seem to have this problem with my Charge 2 and this particlular
phone.

Thanks,
Jen
