ECG app asking to take the Heart Rhythm Assessment test

I saw that my Fitbit Sense has this ECG app and wanted to try it, but it gives me the runaround. The message on my ECG app on my Sense says to go to my Fitbit app Discover section. When I go there and select Heart Rhythm Assessment it tells me "You haven't taken a heart rhythm assessment yet. Get started from your Fitbit device " . I'm in the U. S.. feature version 2.4. Does anyone have an idea of what's going on?

@atlina Hi there. Thank you for the detailed information shared.

You can find the Fitbit ECG app on your Fitbit wrist-worn product by swiping left on the screen. The Heart Rhythm Assessment can be found within the Health Assessments & Reports section in the Fitbit app on your phone or tablet.

If the ECG app is not available in your location, you'll see "this isn't supported in your location" in the Fitbit app. Learn more about it by checking this article What is the Fitbit ECG app?

Hope this helps.
