ECG not working on Charge 6

I have just setup my new Charge 6.  App says ECG function is ready to use and to 'setup on device' . This is shown in health assessments tile. However device says go to discover menu on App, but there is none. Any help appreciated.

I was about to take device back to shop for refund. After a lot of wasted time trying many fixes posted online I have managed to get the ECG app to connect with device. Think what I did was to go into google menu and I noticed even though my location was set to Australia the 'auto select location ' option was not switched on, I switched it to auto and that seems to have fixed problem.. good luck.
