I live in the UK, I have a Sense 2, but I am unable to perform an ECG on it. I have installed the ECG app from my gallery, but the red heart doesn't show up on my screen. I have even uninstalled it and reinstalled it, with the same result, no red heart. Can anyone explain why it's not working and how to resolve it? .Thanks
