Empty battery

My app is showing an empty battery although I have a full charge. I have been through all of the troubleshooting 3 time and nothing us working. Do I need to delete the charge2 and start again? I really do not want to lose my data.

Please help.  This is very frustrating.

@1025Moore, you will not lose your data regardless of what you do with the app and/or Charge 2 - the data is stored on the Fitbit Servers and not on the local phone app.  The Charge 2 has a battery level indicator which tells you the battery strength of the tracker - go by that for a more reliable reading of the battery.  The symbol on the app is updated each time the tracker is synced, and if you are having problems syncing the tracker it will not update the battery icon.
