Why is there an empty space at the top of the "today" screen?

This happens randomly, probably 10% of the time.

I can only make it go away by tapping on the."edit" button at the top right, the tap "done"

Hi @huangcq  - it would seem to be an app issue.

 

Try the following

  • Logout of the app
  • Clear the app storage cache
  • Force stop the app
  • Login again
  • Go to the phone home screen without closing the Fitbit App
  • Click on the sync popup to register the watch properly
  • And sync, by pull down on the today screen

It may help or a more drastic solution of uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit App, only if you have a compatible phone, anything older and you won't be able to reinstall it. So make sure first.
