On my homepage there is a warning message to sync my fitbit to the app for more accurate results. So I push the sync button and I get the above picture and according to this, it can't pair with Bluetooth.

When I look at the page that pops up when I click on the battery, I see it's linked.

How can we get rid of that error message and why does the above image never connect with Bluetooth?

For those users having sync issues where the device isn't in the phone's Bluetooth:
In the app, try replacing the device with the same device in the app.

Tap the battery icon at the top left of the screen.  At the bottom of the devices screen, tap on Add more devices, then select the same device you're currently using.  Go through all the prompts, making sure you approve any requests to link your device to the phone.

This is what my error message looks like. I don't see fitbit synced on my Bluetooth app yet, if I click on that battery button it says I'm linked. This is confusing. It came with the update from January 1. I just bought a new phone because my other one died. Maybe I should try the Uninstall/reinstall task and see if that helps. 🤔 I see you tried it and it didn't work.  Eh, you never know until you try it.

THANK YOU! I followed your directions and it worked. It had to do with location permissions not being activated in multiple areas. I now can get my local weather on my phone. I depend on it alot. I am thankful for your help.

Thank you for your advice. The warning notice did not go away and I couldn't sync or link the fitbit to Bluetooth.

I finally decided to uninstall/reinstall. I had to grant some permissions.  When done loading I followed your instructions again. Everything is now working.  Thank you to Stillworking too.
