@Catwillow Welcome to the forums. I will gladly help you regarding your posts on the Fitbit app.

Thanks for the explanation. The premium membership should not have any effect on posting. I find that very odd to be honest. First time I see this error being reported. Let us see if anyone else is experiencing the same. First make sure that your Fitbit app is up to date. Go to your smartphone´s app store and look for Fitbit. If there is an update available, proceed with it please. Try then again to post. 

Would you be so kind to send me a screenshot of the error message? When exactly do you get this error message? Could you please explain your procedure. That would be very helpful.
