Exercise I didn't do

Hi, I'm new to Fitbit, this is my first one (Inspire).  I've noticed on 2 consecutive days it's showing exercise I definitely haven't done - can anyone explain/help with this?  I'm still finding my way around it.  Thanks.

These are auto detected exercises. Sometimes the auto detection may be fooled. If these exercises are not normally done, you may turn individual events off that you do not do and they will be ignored. The plus on turning them off will make the tracker a little more snappier to tapping.

If interested in why, we would need to know what was happening during the time period and what exercise was detected. For me my unicycle riding gets detected as an elliptical machine based on how my wrists move..

This Help Doc explains more on how auto detection works.

Then scroll a little further down  for instructions on customizing or disabling autodetection of individual exercises.
