Exercise Tab and Water Tan vanished from app

Hi. I'm hoping you can help. The exercise tile and water log time on my app have dossapeared and I can't seem to get them back. I have been all through the app and the online portal and can't seem to add them back in. The exercise tab has also vanished from the online portal, although the water tab is still there. It's all very odd and frustrating. Can anyone help?

On phone app, Discover (tab at bottom) > Health & Fitness Stats > Water (Exercise).

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
